Change Your Benet Password

This tutorial will walk you through the steps to update or change your Benet password. This will change the password that allows you access to: Windows computer, Benet.org email address, Office 365 Account, and access to Benet-Wireless WiFi.

Open a Web Browser

Navigate to https://aka.ms/sspr

Fill In Your Information

Input your full benet.org email address. Input the supplied captcha phrase.

Click Next.

Choose Your Issue

Change my password if you are need to change the password.

I know my password, but I still can't login is if your account has been locked.

Change My Password

Choose the device for which you want to receive the authentication code. These are the options you set up through this tutorial.

Input the corresponding email or phone number

Input the Code

You should receive the authentication code on the device you input. Type the code into the box and select next

Change Password

Input the new password, then again to verify. Click Finish.

Password Changed

When finished you can close this web browser.
