If you need to remove anything from your Google Account the best way to do that is through Google Takeout. Takeout is a free tool offered by Google that allows you to download all your data from your school Google Workspace account. You must be logged in with your Benet Google Workspace account to access the data

Navigate to takeout.google.com
If you are not logged into your school account please, login when prompted.
Scroll through data
Scroll through data
You will have the ability to download data from 55 different Google apps. Please pay attention to which ones you want to download and select the check box on the right for each app you want to download.
When finished choose Next Step.

Next choose the destination, frequency, file type and size of your downloads. Remember to check how big your files are and make sure you have enough space to download the items to your comptuer or cloud service.
When done choose Create Export.

When finished Google will let you know when your export will be completed. It may take several days if you have a large amount of data to download.
